2. Written Complaints:
For relevant disputes, fill out the Online complaint form, click submit, or download and print out the consultation and complaint form. After completion, fax it to (02) 2547-2925 or mail it to 12F, No. 178, Sec. 3, Mincyuan E. Rd., Songshan District, Taipei City 105. SFIPC will assign our staff handling your case promptly.
