SFIPC now accepting applications for compensation in Electric Power Technology Limited (stock code: 4529)’s false financial report, individuals suspected of stock price manipulation and insider trading case.
※ Eligibility requirements:
1. False financial report case:
(1)Goodwill stock buyers:
Those who purchased Electric Power Technology Limited shares from the stock market between November 14, 2017 and March 4, 2021 and who still suffered a loss after gains from selling Electric Power Technology Limited shares during the above period were deducted.
(2) Goodwill stock holders:
Those who hold Electric Power Technology Limited shares on November 13, 2017, and can submit the record of the commissioned sale of shares between October 31, 2017 and November 13, 2017, and held them during the period in which the firm falsely reported its financial results, and sold them on after March 5, 2021, and suffered a loss as a result.
2. Individuals suspected of stock price manipulation case:
Those who purchased Electric Power Technology Limited shares from the stock market on October 25, 2019 and who still suffered a loss after gains from selling Electric Power Technology Limited shares at the above date were deducted
3. Individuals suspected of insider trading case:
(1) Those who suffer losses for selling Electric Power Technology Limited stocks on August 22, 2019.
(2) Those who suffer losses for buying Electric Power Technology Limited stocks on any of the following 3 trading days:
November 18,19 and 26, 2019.
Those who are eligible should get all the documents ready and send them to SFIPC by July 29, 2022 (as shown on the postmark).
