※ Eligibility requirements:
1. False financial report case:
(1)Goodwill stock buyers:
Those who purchased Billionton Systems Inc. shares from the stock market between May 12, 2018 and October 21, 2021 and who still suffered a loss after gains from selling Billionton Systems Inc. shares during the above period were deducted.
(2) Goodwill stock holders:
Those who hold Billionton Systems Inc. shares on May 11, 2018, and can submit the record of the commissioned sale of shares between April 27, 2018 and May 11, 2018, and held them during the period in which the firm falsely reported its financial results, and sold them on after October 22, 2021 or are still holding them , and suffered a loss as a result.
2. Individuals suspected of stock price manipulation case:
Those who purchased Billionton Systems Inc. shares from the stock market between July 1, 2020 and October 21, 2021 and who still suffered a loss after gains from selling Billionton Systems Inc. shares at the above date were deducted.

Those who are eligible should get all the documents ready and send them to SFIPC by December 30, 2022 (as shown on the postmark).
