The SFC appointed Taiwan Stock Exchange Chairman Sean Chen, Taiwan Futures Exchange Chairman Ming-Hsiung Shih and GreTai Securities Market Chairman Li Yi-Tsan as members of the Center’s first board of directors in accordance with rticle 11.2.1 of the Securities Investors and Futures Traders Protection Act (the Act), and named Taipei Securities Association Chairman Hung-Wen Chien supervisor per Articles 15.4 and 11.2.1 of the Act. Meanwhile, the SFC named Gordon S. Chen, Samuel J.S. Hsu, Yun Lin, Yang-Ching Chao, Louis C.S. Chen, Andrew Jen-Guang Lin, Danng-Yen Lu and Andy Yen the eight members of the first board of directors per Article 11.2.2 of the Act, and named Edward H.
