The Criminal Division of Taiwan High Court pronounced the defendants in the case of the false financial statements of Hua Hsia Rental not guilty, and dismissed the supplementary civil action in criminal proceedings filed by investors. The Center ppealed to the Supreme Court. As the prosecutor did not appeal, the Supreme Court dismissed and finalized the case in September 2006.
