Directors and supervisors held their first extraordinary meeting, appointing Jaw-Chyuan Chu the Center’s chairman and approved the resignation of President Samuel J.S. Hsu, effective on April 15, 2003. Chu also took position of the Center’s resident while he assumed the chairmanship following Hsu’s leaving on April 15, 2003.
