1. Bona fide stock purchaser:
Those who purchased the DIMENSION COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. stocks from the centralized securities exchange market from January 11 2024 and March 11, 2024 and who still suffered losses after gains from selling the DIMENSION COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. stocks during the above periods were deducted.

2. Bona fide stock holders:
Those who hold the DIMENSION COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. stocks on January 10, 2024, and can submit the record of the commissioned sale of stocks from December 27, 2023 and January 10, 2024, and held them during the period in which the firm falsely reported its financial results, and sold them on after March 12, 2024 or are still holding them, and suffered losses as a result.
