In the case of Ta-I Technology’s action to ratify the resolutions of its 2007 shareholders’ meeting in its 2008 shareholders’ meeting, the Center filed a lawsuit to annul, invalidate or revoke the resolutions due to the company’s suspected violation of relevant laws and regulations. The Civil Division of the District Court rejected the Center’s lawsuit on October 8, 2008. The Center appealed to the Taiwan High Court on November 5, 2008.
