To cooperate with the amendments of the “Securities Investors and Futures Traders Protection Act” in 2020, the amendments part of the “Founding Charter of Securities and Futures Investor Protection Center” “Regulations Governing the Organization of Securities and Futures Investor Protection Center” “Regulations Governing the Operation of Securities Investor and Futures Trader Protection institution” and “Procedures Governing the Acquisition and Disposal of Fixed Assets of Securities and Futures Investor Protection Center” had been approved by the Financial Supervisory Commission in Letter No. Financial-Supervisory-Securities-Trading-1090140715 dated July 30 2020.
